Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


Delivery Timeline

We offer PAN India shipping.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other cities/towns: 5–7 business days
4.
Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
1. Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000
2. Orders below ₹1000: Standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout
3. Cash on Delivery (if available): Additional fee may apply


Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. LOI’S is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.


Returns & Exchanges Policy
We perform strict quality checks to deliver premium products. Returns/exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:


Eligibility

Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
2.
Request raised within 48 hours of delivery
3.
Product is unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging
4.
Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/incorrect claims

Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during sale/discount (including 50% off) are not eligible for return or refund
Size exchange for sale items is subject to stock availability

Exchange Policy

Size exchange only (if available)

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
3.
Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
4.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship the item.


Refund Policy
1. Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
2. After quality inspection, refunds are processed within

4. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
